Sleeve Hydro Static Test Machine

Introduction:

Sleeve hydro static Test is performed on Sleeve Hydro test Machine. Sleeve hydro test machine is designed and constructed to allow the hydro static tests on GRP Sleeves, according to all major international standards. Sleeve Hydro Static Test Machine able to perform the test on Sleeve parts between in all diameter size, 0.4 meter length and up to 64 bar internal pressure.

Process Explanation:

The Sleeve is rolling on supports to be enter on the Hydro test Machine. Sleeve branch standing on lifting tables that placed on center of machine between two heads. it is inserting between sealing plates and closing by hydraulic unit. The Sleeve Hydro Static test is performing by water pressure unit. After the test Sleeve is releasing from the sealing plates by hydraulic cylinder.

Every testing result consist of time and pressure detail, date of testing, Sleeve details, series and result of test will be archive on machine with exportable format.

Feature:

Hydro test Machine is PLC base fully automated machine. all operation consist of Sleeve centering, Sleeve sealing, filling and Sleeve releasing are fully Automate. The testing pressure and time can be easily adjust and check on the Control panel and measurement equipment, which is also part of the machine.

Optional Add-on:

Some installation area is not possible to constructing Concrete pool bottom of machine for storing the testing water. so designing a storage tank in side of machine are available
